Providing comprehensive and personalized primary care services remotely, the full-time Nurse Practitioner - Multi-State Licensed will conduct virtual patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care. Key responsibilities Conduct virtual patient assessments, including medical history collection and physical examinations Develop and implement treatment plans while providing education on health promotion and disease prevention Order and interpret diagnostic tests to aid in diagnosis and treatment decisions Required qualifications Advanced Practice Registered Nurse with a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) Active, unencumbered Board Certification by ANCC or AANP Minimum of 5 years of post-graduate clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner in primary care or family practice Nurse Practitioner licensure in at least 3 states at the time of interview, with a preference for TX, NC, MI, or NY At least 2 years of remote/hybrid independent virtual primary care experience is highly desired
