Wound Care Nurse Practitioner Or Physician Assistant

A multi-specialty outpatient clinic in Monroe, NY is seeking an experienced Wound Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team. We are looking for a provider with strong wound care experience who is committed to delivering excellent patient outcomes. Responsibilities include assessing, diagnosing, and managing acute and chronic wounds, developing and implementing wound care treatment plans, performing wound evaluations and follow-up care, educating patients and families on wound management and healing, and documenting care accurately and efficiently. Work collaboratively with physicians and clinical staff. Qualifications include a current and unrestricted NP or PA license in New York, wound care experience required, strong clinical assessment and communication skills, and the ability to work independently in an outpatient clinic setting.
