Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) – Part Time (First 3 Months)

We are a busy, well-established medical practice with offices in Kissimmee and The Villages, FL looking for a dedicated and experienced ARNP to join our team.
Position Details:
- Part-time schedule for the first 3 months (with strong possibility of transitioning to full-time)
- Split coverage between our Kissimmee and The Villages locations
- Competitive pay – to be discussed based on experience and qualifications
Key Requirements:
- Active and unrestricted Florida ARNP license
- Strong knowledge and clinical experience in General Medicine (primary care / internal medicine)
- Working knowledge of HEDIS measures and quality reporting
- Familiarity with insurance requirements, billing, documentation, and compliance standards (including managed care, Medicare, and commercial payers)
- Excellent patient communication and electronic medical record (EMR) skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
