Job Qualifications

CA RN License and CA NP License required

• National NP Board Certification-required

MSN/DNP in Women's Health NP Specialty-required

• BLS Certification from AHA or ARC-required
• Minimum of 2 years relevant Women's Health experience as NP- required
• Experience with general gynecology, urogynecology, menopause management, performing minimally invasive gynecologic surgery (MIGS) procedures ,and obstetrics-required
• State of CA NP Furnishing with Schedule II, NPI#, DEA#, Enrollment in PECOS, Enrollment in CURES- required
• Document patient care in a concise and comprehensive manner - required
• Demonstrate writing skills to compose logical, detailed, and grammatically correct correspondence - required
• Ability to utilize Excel, word, and other software programs - required
• Ability to establish and maintain cooperative and collaborative working relationships with administrative, clinical, and academic personnel -required
• Skill in working independently and following through with minimum directions - required
• Ability to set priorities - required
