Job Description: Provide primary and family evidenced-based care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of health problems. Perform routine examinations, diagnostic tests, and coordinate with healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive care plans. Discuss healthy lifestyle choices with patients and encourage active participation in health management. Handle patient appointments, verify insurance, and maintain a clean clinical environment. Engage in administrative duties such as opening/closing the clinic, inventory management, and patient follow-up.
Critical Information: Remote: No Shift/Hours: Full-time, 38 hours/week, every other weekend Onsite requirements: Onsite as needed Environment: Clinic setting in a safety-sensitive environment with possible on-call rotation Compliance/submission notes: Verify DEA registration as required; participate in holiday rotations
Education/Licenses Needed: Master's Degree in Family Nurse Practitioner program Current National Board Certification State of employment license to practice as an Advanced Practice Nurse Verify BLS from ARC or AHA (include screenshot)
