Nurse Practitioner (FNP) – Primary Care / Urgent Care

Pay Rate: $74.87/hr
Schedule: 30–40 hours per week
Position Overview
We are seeking a qualified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to provide patient-centered primary care services in a fast-paced outpatient clinic setting.
The provider will collaborate with a dedicated clinical care team to deliver evidence-based care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, chronic condition management, health counseling, and care coordination. This is an in-person, patient-facing role reporting to the Practice Manager.
Schedule
Monday–Friday: 8:30 AM – 7:30 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Sunday: 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Orientation Schedule
Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week for 4 weeks
Required Qualifications
- Active Family Nurse Practitioner license in the state of practice
- Master’s Degree level Family Nurse Practitioner program completion
- Current National Board Certification
- Minimum of 1 year of recent Primary Care experience as a Nurse Practitioner in one of the following: Family Medicine, Primary Care Practice, Urgent Care
- Current BLS certification from ARC or AHA (must provide screenshot)
- Active NP/PA license in good standing with no current or prior disciplinary actions
- Verifiable High School Diploma or GED required
- Must be willing to obtain additional state licensure as needed

Responsibilities
- Provide primary and family medicine care through accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of patient health conditions
- Develop and manage individualized care plans, including chronic disease management and preventive care
- Perform routine examinations and evaluate patients to promote positive health outcomes
- Educate patients on healthy lifestyle choices, wellness, preventative care, and disease management
- Complete diagnostic testing and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals
- Encourage patients to actively participate in their healthcare through services such as: Health screenings, Behavioral health support, Wellness education, Chronic condition management
- Manage administrative clinic responsibilities, including: Opening and closing clinic operations, Inventory management, Patient follow-up, Insurance verification and payment collection, Maintaining a clean and safe clinical environment
Ideal Candidate
- Experienced primary care or urgent care Nurse Practitioner
- Comfortable practicing autonomously in a clinical setting
- Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and electronic communication skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with electronic medical records and healthcare technology
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Additional Requirements
- DEA registration may be required during onboarding
- This is a safety-sensitive position
