Job Description
- Provide primary and family evidenced-based care inclusive of accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management of health problems, health counseling, and disposition planning.
- Perform administrative duties including opening/closing the clinic, inventory, patient follow-up, verifying insurance and collecting payment.
- Handle patient appointments and perform routine examinations to ensure positive patient health outcomes.
- Encourage patients to become active participants in their own healthcare through services such as health screenings and chronic condition management.
- Work collaboratively with a dedicated clinical care team to drive better outcomes for a panel of patients.
Critical Information
- Working hours are 2-4 days per week from 8:30 AM to 7:30 PM.
- This is an in-person, patient-facing role.
- DEA registration may be required during onboarding.
- This position will require working three out of every six weekends with possible holiday rotations.
Education / Licenses
Needed Master's Degree level in Family Nurse Practitioner program with current National Board Certification and State of Employment license.
