Wound Care Nurse Practitioner Opportunity

We're seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner with experience in Wound Care to serve patients in an assisted living facility in Lima, OH 1/2 days a week. - Conduct bedside wound care rounds
- Assess and manage treatment plans for each patient
- Perform dressing changes and medically necessary debridement
- Collaborate with a supportive, high-performing clinical network
Requirements:
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in the State of OH
- Prior Wound Care experience preferred
Compensation:
- Annual salary range: $30,000 – $50,000
