Responsibilities
- Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care for individual patients
- Provider will obtain detailed history from patients, perform physical examinations, and treat accordingly
Requirements & Skills
- Board certified
- Licensed to practice in the state of Indiana
- Graduate of an accredited nurse practitioner program
- Experience in an urgent care setting is preferred, with the ability to handle high volumes and work independently
- Strong clinical background, with a focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction.
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must have excellent multi-tasking, organizational and computer skills
Employment Details
- Facility hours, 8:00 am – 6:00 pm
- PRN, 10-hour shifts
- Weekend availability preferred
- Stand-alone immediate care facility with onsite x-ray
- Adults and children
- Primary care built-in referral base
- Strong specialty support
