About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to provide primary care services at an onsite wellness clinic. This role offers the opportunity to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a corporate healthcare environment focused on employee wellness and chronic disease management.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care services to adults and children ages 16 and up.
- Assess, diagnose, treat, and manage a variety of health conditions.
- Develop and implement long-term chronic disease management plans.
- Perform biometric screenings, routine physicals, and preventive care services.
- Execute point-of-care testing and clinical lab draws.
- Document patient encounters accurately within the electronic medical records system.
- Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure quality patient outcomes.
- Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP).
- Active Indiana Nurse Practitioner license.
- Active CPR certification.
- Experience with:
- Chronic disease management
- Point-of-care testing and phlebotomy procedures
- Biometric screenings and physicals
- Epic EMR experience is highly preferred (not required)
- Availability to work 24 hours per week.
- Preferred schedule of Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, with potential flexibility.
- Part-time contract opportunity with an initial expected duration of 5+ months.
- Strong potential for temporary-to-permanent conversion for the right candidate.
- No dispensing license is required for this position.
