Seeking Locum NP for Family Practice near Phoenix, Arizona.
- Coverage dates: May 5 & 6, 2016 and May 31 – June 6, 2016.
- Patient mix: 50% adult, 50% children.
- Patient volume: 20‑25 patients per day.
- Hours: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm with a lunch break noon to 1 pm.
- Languages: English; Spanish a plus.
- Charting: IMS by Meditab.
- Must be a licensed Nurse Practitioner able to practice in Arizona.
