Houston Methodist seeks a Nurse Practitioner for our CERT/Rapid Response Team to provide advanced, on-site clinical support for acutely deteriorating patients across the hospital. In this role, you will perform rapid assessments, initiate evidence-based interventions, and collaborate with physicians, nurses, and ancillary teams to stabilize patients and prevent ICU transfers when possible.
Responsibilities include responding to rapid response and code events, adjusting treatment plans, documenting in the EMR, educating bedside staff, and supporting quality and safety initiatives.
