Responsibilities:

• Providea full scope of primary care, including new admissions, routine follow-upvisits, and comprehensive medical management for residents
• Collaboratewith an interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, patient-centeredcare

Requirements:

• ActiveNurse Practitioner license in the state of NJ
• Minimumof 6 months NP experience
• Priornursing home or long-term care experience highly preferred

Schedule:

Fulltime – Monday till Friday

• Competitiveannual salary rangingfrom$150,000 to $165,000
