Responsibilities:
- Provide a full scope of primary care, including new admissions, routine follow-up visits, and comprehensive medical management for residents
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care
Requirements:
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of NJ
- Minimum of 6 months NP experience
- Prior nursing home or long-term care experience highly preferred
Schedule: Full time – Monday till Friday
Compensation & Benefits: Competitive annual salary ranging from $150,000 to $165,000 Full benefits package, including health coverage, paid time off, and more
