Cone Health seeks a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide advanced care to high-risk newborns in our Level III/IV NICU. In this role, you will perform comprehensive assessments, develop and implement treatment plans, manage ventilated and critically ill infants, and collaborate closely with neonatologists, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams. You will educate and support families, participate in rounds, and contribute to quality improvement and evidence-based practice.
