We’re looking for a Nurse Manager who can develop and implement short- and long-term goals while providing strong clinical and administrative leadership for the Operating Room. Develop and implement short- and long-term departmental goals aligned with hospital priorities
Recruit, mentor, develop, and retain nursing staff while ensuring appropriate staffing levels and competencies
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, Joint Commission, Department of Health, CMS, and other regulatory requirements
Lead quality improvement, patient safety, and performance improvement initiatives
Promote patient, employee, and physician satisfaction by addressing concerns and implementing improvements
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing; Current New York State RN license
~ 3–5 years of progressively responsible nursing leadership experience
~ Demonstrated leadership in patient care, quality improvement, and unit-based outcomes
Computer proficiency and the ability to work effectively with physicians and multidisciplinary teams
