Role Overview
Healthcare and Nursing Professionals apply clinical, supervisory, and administrative expertise to help evaluate and shape how AI systems understand real-world healthcare tasks and language. Work focuses on creating and reviewing industry-specific prompts and assessing large language model responses to improve accuracy and relevance for clinical and administrative workflows.
Key Responsibilities- Develop industry-specific prompts and test cases that reflect real-world healthcare and nursing scenarios.
- Review and evaluate responses from large language models for clinical accuracy, safety, appropriateness, and clarity.
- Provide detailed feedback and annotations to inform model improvement.
- Contribute subject-matter expertise across clinical, patient access, front office, and billing processes as requested.
- Work primarily asynchronously, completing assigned tasks independently and according to project instructions.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in one or more of the following roles or similar positions: Medical Office Supervisor, Patient Access Supervisor, Front Office Supervisor, Billing Supervisor, First-Line Supervisor of Office and Administrative Support Workers, Nurse Practitioners, Nurse Practitioner, Family Nurse Practitioner, Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner, Pediatric Nurse Practitioner.
- Comfort with asynchronous, written work and the ability to follow detailed task instructions.
- Ability to evaluate clinical and administrative language for accuracy, relevance, and safety.
- Location: Remote.
- Employment type: Part-time.
- Schedule: Asynchronous and flexible hours, work independently from your location.
- Time commitment: No minimum hourly commitment required.
- Project availability: The initiative runs year-round, with project opportunities opening periodically across different areas of healthcare expertise. Placement into projects depends on current project availability.
Up to $140/hr (depending on the project)
Eligibility and Work Authorization- F-1 students who are eligible for CPT or OPT may be eligible to participate; consult your Designated School Official to determine your eligibility.
- If your school requires enrollment in a CPT course, this program may not meet that requirement.
- STEM OPT is not supported.

- Review available projects, select those that match your specialties, and complete any project-specific onboarding.
- Begin asynchronous project work and receive payment according to the project terms.
