Job Description
The Nurse Practitioner will provide comprehensive healthcare services to patients seeking urgent medical care, as well as occupational health services. This role includes assessing, diagnosing, and treating a broad range of acute illnesses and injuries in a fast-paced clinical environment. Must be willing and able to float between our eight urgent care centers as needed to support staffing and ensure consistent, high-quality care across all locations. Our urgent care centers operate seven days a week. The Nurse Practitioner will work three 12-hour shifts per week, from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
The compensation range indicated is for the standard full-time position. Compensation for this position will be determined in part based on the associated part-time schedule for the position.
Education & Experience:
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited program
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in urgent care or ER preferred
- Strong clinical skills and the ability to work independently
Certification/Licensure:
- Current Nurse Practitioner license in NJ
- Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
- Active NJ CDS and DEA license
- BLS certification required.
- Obtain National Registry of Certified Medical Examiners certification within 6 months of hire.
