What You'll Do:

• Perform physical exams and diagnostic screenings.
  
• Interpret imaging and test results to create personalized treatment plans.
  
• Manage pain medications and orders.
  
• Maintain timely, accurate digital patient records.
  

What You Need:

• NJ Nurse Practitioner License.
  
• DEA license for controlled substances.
  
• A background in SNF rounding or Pain Management (preferred).
