Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Position Overview
- Outpatient primary care coverage including inbox coverage, prescription management, and patient messaging
- See urgent and post discharge patients as needed
- May also support annual wellness visits
- EMR: Epic (experience preferred)
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted Connecticut NP license
- Comfort managing common primary care needs in an outpatient setting
- Candidates must have at least two years of clinical experience within the past five years to qualify
