Qualifications

• Board Certification as a Nurse Practitioner (Family Medicine).
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience (Primary Care, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine).
• Graduate of an accredited Advanced Practice Nursing program.
• Active NP license (any state accepted).
• Current DEA registration and BLS certification.
• U.S. Citizenship required (government contract).
