Position Details
- Monday – Friday, full‑time schedule
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions, illnesses, and injuries
- EPIC EMR documentation system
- Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and prevention

Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner program
- NP certification and Texas license required
- Minimum 2–3 years of primary care experience preferred
The Nurse Practitioner (“NP”) must be a graduate of an accredited advanced nursing program and hold a current RN license for the State of Texas. Certified Advanced Nurse Practitioner status in Texas is required.
The NP will report to the supervising physician and/or the Medical Director and be responsible for meeting CME requirements to maintain certification and licensure.
The NP’s duties and responsibilities apply to the THPG patient population and assigned setting only.
