Job Description Job Description At Anti-Aging & Regenerative Associates, we take a modern, integrative approach to medicine-blending traditional clinical care with advanced regenerative therapies. Our practice focuses on Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT), Functional/Internal Medicine, and Primary Care, with additional services including Metabolic Cardiology, Peptide Therapy, Stem Cell Therapy, Hair Restoration, IV Therapy, Men's/Women's Health, Pharmaceutical-Grade Supplements, and more.
We're looking for a skilled Full or Part-Time Adult Nurse Practitioner with a passion for health, hormones, and metabolic wellness. The ideal candidate is confident, detail-oriented, and thrives in an autonomous environment. You'll have the freedom to make meaningful clinical decisions while working alongside a forward-thinking medical team that values innovation and patient outcomes.
What You'll Do:

• Perform comprehensive women's health exams (pap smears, breast exams, pelvic exams, physicals)
• Manage menopause, PCOS, and other hormonal conditions with a functional, root-cause approach
• Perform O-Shot procedures and other advanced women's health treatments
• Independently conduct patient consultations and develop personalized treatment plans focused on BHRT and hormone balance
• Prescribe medications (including controlled substances) in compliance with DEA and state regulations
• Order and interpret diagnostic labs and tests
• Educate patients on hormone therapy, wellness, and preventative strategies
• Collaborate with our medical team as needed, while practicing autonomously

What You Bring:

• Licensed Adult Nurse Practitioner in Florida
• DEA and Autonomous Practice License (required)
• Experience in women's health
• Experience in BHRT (preferred)
• Strong clinical judgment, independence, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and EMR documentation skills
• A professional, reliable, and patient-centered approach

Work Schedule: We're open Monday through Friday, 8 AM-5 PM (our team starts at 7:45). No weekends, and while hours may expand slightly as we grow, this role currently follows a consistent full-time/part-time weekday schedule.
