The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated, clinically expert Nurse Practitioner to join us. This is a 1099 contract position designed for an NP who values autonomy, concierge-level patient interaction, and the opportunity to help build a premier geriatric service from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
- In-Home Clinical Care: Conduct primary care appointments and wellness check-ins within the client’s home.
- Medical Management: Manage prescriptions, coordinate with nutritionists, and oversee holistic health plans.
- Patient Chart Management: Maintain meticulous, HIPAA‑compliant electronic health records for all clients. You will be responsible for the timely documentation of all home visits, wellness checks, and tele‑health interactions to ensure gold‑standard continuity of care.
- Regulatory Partnership: Assist the CEO in the clinical documentation and process requirements for obtaining our HCSSA license.
Requirements
- Business Structure: Must operate through your own PLLC (or be willing to establish one prior to start).
- Credentials: Valid NP License with a focus on Adult‑Gerontology or Family Practice.
- Autonomy: Preference for candidates with Full Practice Authority (independent prescribing). If not yet held, the candidate must secure their own supervising physician agreement.
- Insurance: Must carry and maintain individual professional malpractice insurance.
