Adena Health is seeking a Certified Nurse Practitioner (CNP) to join our growing General Surgery team in Chillicothe, Ohio. This is an excellent opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner who wants to be part of a collaborative, reasonable team working with exceptionally experienced Surgeons in both an outpatient clinic and inpatient hospital setting.
Position Overview
The General Surgery Nurse Practitioner will care for General Surgery/Acute Care Surgery patients, in both the outpatient clinic setting as well as during inpatient rounding, and will typically see 10-20 patients per day. Responsibilities include incision and drainage (clinic setting) and Wound Vac placement . You'll work alongside a dedicated General Surgery team that includes:

- Physicians : 10 Physicians
- Nurse Practitioner (CNP ): 1
- Physician Assistant (PA) : 1
- Office Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- Provider Hours: Monday-Friday, no weekends. 40 hours/week.
- Call: Shared with other APPs, only during business hours .
- EMR: Epic
- Board certified Nurse Practitioner in Ohio
- OR/Surgical Experience; for newly licensed CNPs, previous RN or 1st assist involvement

- Sign-on Bonus : $10,000 (up to $30,000 based on experience)
- Relocation Assistance: $15,000
