Nurse Practitioner (Full-Time) – Post-Acute / SNF Focus Greater Chicago AreaAt Vitaline, we don't just talk about culture, we live it. We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join us as a foundational clinical hire in the Greater Chicago market.

This is a unique, early-stage opportunity to help build and shape a consultative clinical model focused on hydration health in skilled nursing facilities, working closely with both Corporate and Clinical Leadership.
