You'll conduct well-woman exams, prenatal care, STI testing and treatment, and patient education. You'll also collaborate with our Clinic Director, supervise medical volunteers, and support medical assistants.This role requires adaptability, empathy, and a deep commitment to caring for underserved populations.Key responsibilities include:Conduct pregnancy tests, female health screenings, and STI testing and treatmentProvide early prenatal care and lead Centering groups (if certified)Educate patients on contraception, pregnancy loss, healthy pregnancy, and nutritionPerform and/or learn limited obstetric ultrasoundRotate across clinics and mobile units, with occasional weekend outreach eventsWhat makes you a great fit:Licensed as a Physician Assistant, Nurse Practitioner, or Nurse Midwife in CaliforniaMinimum two years of OB/GYN experience preferredOB Ultrasound training is preferred but not required.
