Advanced Nurse Practitioner-NP/PA Hospitalist Opportunity

Seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistantto join a tight-knit, long-standing team in a critical access hospital setting inNew Hampshire Fall of 2026. Low census = more time for meaningful patient care!

ROLE

• Day coverage: 7 on 7 off rotation (7am-7pm);Telemedicine programfrom 7pm-7am
• Duties: Rounding, Admitting, Collaborating with physicians, nursing& care teams, Identifying/managing chronic medical conditions & providingcontinuous care to hospitalized inpatients
• Responsible for writing orders in accordance with currentpractice guidelines
• Prescribing medications, as necessary ; Complete PatientCharting Same Day
• Providing urgent evaluation to patients with changes in clinicalstatus

PACKAGE

• Salary in $175k range commensurate with experience

YOU

• NP-C or PA-C with 3+ years experience (critical access hospitalexp. preferred)
• Ability to obtain/maintain New Hampshire license
• Board Certified or Board Eligible Medical Doctor with or w/o US residency with current US work visa.
