We're looking for a dedicated, compassionate, and proactive Nurse Practitioner to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive medical evaluations for new and existing patients
• Develop customized treatment plans for medical weight loss and HRT
• Interpret lab results and educate patients on findings and treatment options
• Maintain timely, clear, and compliant medical documentation
• Collaborate closely with the clinical team to ensure seamless patient care
• Deliver phone, email, and in-person follow-up appointments as scheduled
• Use EMR to chart efficiently and communicate with the team
• Uphold company values and demonstrate high standards of punctuality and professionalism

Requirements:
- Active licensed Nurse Practitioner in the state of Indiana
- DEA Certification
- Experience in weight loss, hormone therapy, and/or similar field a plus
- Passion for helping patients achieve long-term wellness
- Ability to work collaboratively and take initiative
- Comfortable using EMR and clinical documentation tools
