Schedule
16 hours a week. Week 1: Monday 5-1:30 and Thursday 5-1:30. Week 2: Monday 5:00am-1:30pm and Saturday 5:00am-1:30pm
Pay Rate
$33.00/hour (LPN), $36.00/hour (RN)

Responsibilities
- Administer medication to clients as outlined in medication administration policy.
- Control, count and appropriately document onsite medication.
- Educate clients on use, purpose, side effects, and other information relating to medication assisted treatment.
- Verify medication orders with the physician and transcribe physician’s orders.
- Assist in the admission process and document substance use diagnosis as required.
Qualifications
- Must be a Massachusetts Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse.
- Must have a current CPR certificate or obtain certification within 90 days of hire.
- Must display the use of appropriate independent judgment to determine appropriate course of action in resolving problems and in emergencies.
- Must be able to express themselves adequately in written and oral communication and to communicate effectively in an interdisciplinary, culturally diverse setting with clients, families, staff and regulatory agencies.
- Experience in substance abuse/mental health field or an acute care inpatient healthcare environment preferred.
