As a Nurse Navigator at MedStar Health, you will coordinate and personalize care for patients across the Healthcare & Medical Services continuum. Serving as a central point of contact, you guide patients and families from referral through treatment and follow-up, ensuring timely access to diagnostics, specialty consults, and supportive services. You will deliver evidence-based education, identify and reduce barriers to care, and collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes.
