Appointments. Tests. Treatment options. Questions they didn't know they needed to ask.

That's when having one person they know they can turn to can make all the difference.

Be that person.

As a Nurse Navigator at Decatur Morgan Hospital, you'll help patients and their families find their way through the cancer journey. You'll provide education, answer questions, coordinate services, connect patients with resources and help remove barriers that can make an already difficult experience even harder.

But this role is about more than coordination. It's about relationships.

You'll get to know your patients. You'll understand what matters to them. You'll celebrate good news with them and provide reassurance during difficult moments. And you'll work alongside a multidisciplinary care team to help make an incredibly complex healthcare experience feel more connected and personal.

We're looking for an RN with excellent communication and organizational skills, but we're also looking for something that's harder to put on a résumé: the ability to make people feel heard, supported and cared for.

What you'll bring:

• Current RN license

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Excellent organization and care-coordination abilities
