Job TitleLocation: Stewart Lee Udall Building - Washington, DCKey Responsibilities:Deliver ambulatory care, triage emergencies, and provide patient assessmentsManage daily Wellness Center operations, staffing, and schedulingEnsure compliance with federal health, safety, and reporting requirementsLead wellness programs (vaccinations, screenings, education, events)Coordinate with medical staff, OSHE, and emergency personnelOversee facility safety, equipment, and AED programMaintain clinical records, reporting, and quality assuranceSupervise and support nursing staff (RNs/LPNs)Provide medical support for special eventsRequired Qualifications:Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license (U.S.)Minimum: 4 years clinical nursing experience2 years supervisory/lead experienceExperience in ambulatory or occupational health settingsCurrent Basic Life Support (BLS) certificationAbility to meet federal security and credentialing requirements
