Nurse Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Manager to oversee nursing operations in our assisted living facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing nursing staff, providing medication administration, and delivering high-quality care to residents in compliance with Arkansas state regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise nursing staff to ensure efficient and compassionate care delivery.
• Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols and physician orders.
• Coordinate resident care plans and monitor health status to promote well-being.
• Ensure compliance with Arkansas state regulations and facility policies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date nursing documentation and records.
• Provide training, support, and performance evaluations for nursing personnel.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance resident care and facility operations.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Arkansas nursing license (RN or LPN).
• Proven experience as an Assisted Living Nurse Manager or similar role.
• Thorough knowledge of Arkansas state regulations related to assisted living and nursing care.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to provide medications and direct resident care safely and effectively.

Work Environment

This position is based in an assisted living facility in Arkansas, requiring hands-on involvement in resident care and nursing staff management.
