The Registered Nurse (RN) Nurse Manager provides clinical leadership and operational oversight for nursing services within the residential treatment program.This position is responsible for ensuring safe, high-quality, client-centered nursing care while maintaining compliance with federal, state, licensing, accreditation, and organizational standards.
JOB PURPOSE
The Nurse Manager leads, coaches, and develops nursing staff, promotes a culture of accountability and teamwork, and collaborates closely with program leadership, medical providers, pharmacy partners, Human Resources, and other interdisciplinary team members to support exceptional client outcomes.
The Nurse Manager is accountable for nursing practice, medication management, regulatory readiness, quality improvement initiatives, staffing effectiveness, and clinical excellence.
Pay: $90,000-$118,000
Shift: Full-Time
