The Nurse Manager provides day-to-day leadership for the Pediatric Infusion Center and the Hematology/Oncology Clinic, ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality, patient-centered care. This role is ideal for a proven leader with strong clinical expertise and excellent communication skills.

What You'll Do

• Manage practice of professional nursing and delivery of nurse care on assigned unit.
• Establish clinical direction for nursing care delivery and provide clinical supervision.
• Collaborate with liaison departments to maintain patient care standards.
• Develop quality initiatives and implement policies for efficient health service delivery.
• Maintain JCAHO and other regulatory standards.
• Analyze personnel structure and determine staffing needs.
• Provide direction and supervision, evaluate performance, and conduct selection processes.
• Actively promote staff and self-development.
• Participate in clinical nursing research and support foundation research activities.
• Approve purchases and assist in budget development and monitoring.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's of Science in Nursing (BSN) required

Experience

• 3 years of recent clinical nursing experience, including at least 1 year of healthcare management experience

Licenses & Certifications

• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred if in a Critical Care area
