Position Summary & Responsibilities
- Oversee operations of 18 OR suites
- Lead team of ~100 FTEs with support of 2 ANMs
- Ensure efficient surgical workflow, staffing, and patient safety
- Drive quality, compliance, and performance initiatives
- Collaborate with surgeons and interdisciplinary leadership
Requirements
- Strong Operating Room leadership experience (required)
- Previous management/supervisory experience preferred
- Active RN license (state requirements apply)
