Responsibilities
• Direct daily clinical operations across the General OR, Cardiac OR, Orthopedic OR, and Ambulatory Surgery Center
• Lead and evaluate 3 Assistant Nurse Managers and up to 120 FTEs using objective performance management criteria
• Manage the department's operating and capital budget, identifying and correcting variances
• Drive OR-specific performance improvements case turnover, utilization, and throughput in partnership with surgical and anesthesia leadership
• Champion staff advancement through the Clinical Ladder, specialty certification, and formal education pathways

Qualifications
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from a CCNE-accredited program required; Master's degree (MSN, MS, MA, MHA, or MBA) preferred
• Active Maryland Registered Nurse (RN) license required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association required
• National certification required
• 3 5 years of progressive OR nursing experience required, with demonstrated supervisory progression required
• Strong fiscal management, performance evaluation, and cross-functional leadership skills
