Nurse Manager, Operating Room
- Established OR staff that maintains a positive culture and has under 25‑minute room turnover, with active involvement in the unit‑based council.
- Staff exhibit long tenure; surgeons are satisfied and the team enjoys strong leadership.
- The Nurse Manager reports to a supportive and knowledgeable Nurse Director.
- Two surgical service team leaders and an OR educator report to the Nurse Manager.
Salary Range and Benefits
- Salary range: $105,000 to $155,000 per year.

Requirements
- Registered Nurse with a valid NJ nursing license.
- Minimum of 3 years of recent Operating Room experience.
- At least 2 years of leadership experience, such as team lead, board runner, or nurse manager role in an Operating Room.
