Adventist Health is seeking an RN Manager to lead our Birth Center and Labor & Delivery unit in Kailua. In this on-site leadership role, you will oversee daily operations, staffing, and patient flow while ensuring safe, evidence-based care for mothers and newborns. You will supervise and mentor nursing staff, manage budgets and resources, and drive quality and patient safety initiatives.
