Nurse Manager — Inpatient Behavioral Health

Casa Esperanza, Inc. in Massachusetts seeks an experienced Nurse Manager to lead the Conexiones ITS nursing and recovery staff.

You will supervise nursing, unit management and recovery specialists, implement care plans, and coordinate with the Medical Director and PMHNP to ensure high-quality patient care. You will oversee medication management, vitals monitoring, and nursing documentation while mentoring staff and contributing to continuous quality improvement in a fast-paced inpatient setting
