What You'll Do
- Lead the implementation of best practice models and patient care delivery systems.
- Delegate tasks related to the investigation and resolution of patient/family/member concerns.
- Facilitate collaboration with physicians and healthcare team members for optimal patient care.
- Monitor resource needs in clinical areas for appropriate assignment and utilization.
- Manage the use and maintenance of equipment, supplies, and medications.
- Ensure a safe environment for patients and employees.
- Maintain clinical expertise and provide clinical supervision.
- Collaborate with Nursing Clinical Practice to ensure compliance with standards.
- Manage hospital administrative functions to support patient care.
- Develop strategic partnerships with physicians and service area leaders.
