What You'll Do
- Lead the implementation of best practice models in patient care delivery systems.
- Facilitate collaboration with physicians and healthcare team members.
- Monitor resource needs to ensure appropriate assignment and utilization.
- Manage the use and maintenance of equipment, supplies, and medications.
- Ensure a safe environment for patients and employees.
- Provide clinical supervision and maintain clinical expertise.
- Delegate tasks aligned to scope of practice.
- Oversee implementation of organizational changes and best practices.
- Manage hospital administrative functions to support patient care.
- Drive continuous improvement of quality and safety in clinical practices.
Requirements
- Education:
- Associate's Degree (ADN) required
- Experience:
- Leadership experience in nursing required
- Licenses & Certifications:
- Current RN License in California
