What You'll Do
- Implement best practice models and patient care delivery systems.
- Investigate and resolve patient/family/member concerns regarding care and services.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members for optimal patient care.
- Monitor resource needs and ensure appropriate assignment and utilization.
- Oversee the use and maintenance of equipment, supplies, and medications.
- Foster a safe environment for patients and employees.
- Maintain clinical expertise and provide clinical supervision.
- Delegate tasks aligned to scope of practice.
- Perform clinical duties as required.
- Ensure compliance with the Nursing Practice Act and regulatory standards.
Requirements
Education:
- Associate's Degree (ADN) required
Experience:
- Leadership experience in a clinical setting preferred
Licenses & Certifications:
- Current RN License in Virginia
- BLS certification required
