Nurse Manager – GI Lab

The Nurse Manager in the GI Lab oversees nursing staff in Med Surg and Outpatient Departments to ensure safe, high-quality, and cost-effective care.

Key responsibilities include:

managing resource utilization, achieving productivity and financial goals, and maintaining customer service satisfaction.

Collaboration

with administrative personnel, physicians, and staff across departments to improve communication and processes.

Qualifications:

RN licensure with a BSN preferred, minimum three years of procedural nursing experience, leadership experience preferred, and certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS within 90 days.

Skills:

strong human relations, communication, clinical expertise, and understanding of patient care processes.
