Nurse Manager - GI Lab

We are seeking a Manager of Nursing Services to oversee safe, quality, and cost-efficient care in the Med Surg and Outpatient Departments.

Responsibilities Include

• Assisting the Chief Nursing Officer in staffing, resource utilization, and meeting productivity and financial goals.
• Ensuring high customer service satisfaction and fostering effective collaboration with administrative staff, physicians, and hospital teams.
• Leading clinical operations, maintaining compliance with licensure, and demonstrating clinical expertise.
• Promoting efficient communication and process improvements across departments.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved nursing school; BSN preferred.
• Current Missouri RN license or compact licensure, with all state nursing requirements met.
• Minimum three years of nursing experience in procedural areas; leadership experience preferred.
• Certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS required within 90 days of hire.
• Strong human relations, communication skills, and comprehensive understanding of patient care processes.
