• Participate in establishing the strategic financial plan and monitor expenses.
• Coordinate care delivery using labor productivity data to plan staffing patterns.
• Hold self and others accountable for exemplary care delivery.
• Design, implement, and evaluate programs for compliance with standards.

Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing: Required
• Master's Degree in Nursing: Preferred upon hire, required within 5 years for Nurse Manager role

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in nursing

Licenses & Certifications:

• Current NYS Registered Professional Nurse License
• Current BLS Certification - American Heart Association
• Certification in area of specialty and/or Nursing Administration (NE/NEA) to be obtained within 2 years
