Nurse Manager - Emergency Services

Schedule: Days | Rotating weekends | Leadership support across all shifts as needed

Salary: $110,000 to $120,000/year + Benefits

Role Overview

Seeking an experienced Emergency Services Manager to oversee daily ED operations, staffing, clinical quality, patient flow, and team performance in a busy, high-acuity emergency department.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily ED operations and staffing for approximately 55 FTEs
• Ensure quality, safety, regulatory compliance, and patient-centered care
• Manage staffing, scheduling, patient flow, and department productivity
• Coach, develop, and retain nursing staff
• Monitor clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary leadership teams

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of recent acute-care ED experience
• 2-3+ years of recent ED leadership experience preferred
• Manager, Assistant Nurse Manager, Supervisor, or strong Charge RN experience
• Active RN license or compact license
• BLS and PALS/ENPC required
• BSN, ACLS, and TNCC preferred
