Nurse Manager Critical Care

Community hospital part of a system looking to bring on a Nurse Manager Critical Care! Relocation!

Performs daily operational responsibilities including ensuring staff scheduled to support census, department has supplies/equipment to care for patients. Assumes responsibility for maintaining a high level of clinical expertise and adapts to new information, technology and changing trends in nursing practice. Is able to function as a clinical resource to maintain a high level of nursing standards. Effective oversight of and delegation of tasks and assignments to appropriate health care team members.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing Program
• BSN preferred
• 2 years of recent experience in an acute care setting: ICU experience required
• Leadership experience as Manager, or other Supervisory role
• Current BLS certification
• ACLS certification
• Basic EKG/tele interpretation experience required OR completing a Basic EKG class within 6 months of employment
