GI Services Nurse Manager (RN) – Chico, CA | Full-Time | Permanent

Salary: $114,000 – $175,000 per year

We are seeking an experienced GI Services Nurse Manager (RN) to lead our Gastrointestinal (GI) Services department. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing clinical staff, ensuring high-quality patient care, driving quality improvement initiatives, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the GI/Endoscopy nursing team.
• Manage department operations, staffing, scheduling, and productivity.
• Develop and monitor departmental budgets.
• Promote quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.
• Mentor, coach, and develop nursing staff.
• Provide direct patient care and support when needed.

Requirements:

• Active RN license (California license required upon hire).
• Minimum 5 years of GI (Gastrointestinal)/Endoscopy nursing experience.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing leadership or supervisory experience.
• Current BLS/CPR and ACLS certifications.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• BSN or higher.
• Critical Care experience.
• Certified Gastroenterology Registered Nurse (CGRN) certification.
• Previous Nurse Manager or Endoscopy leadership experience.
